Processing Time

Most of our garments are made-to-order and individually crafted with care.
As each piece is produced in limited quantities and goes through multiple stages — from pattern development to hand finishing —
please allow up to 6–8 weeks (approximately two months) for production before dispatch.

Ready-to-wear pieces, when available, are shipped within 3–5 business days after order confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Origin and Method

All orders are shipped from our main studio and fulfillment center in China, using trusted logistics partners such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or YunExpress, depending on the destination.

Estimated Delivery Time

After production and dispatch, most parcels to Europe arrive within 7–15 business days.
Delivery time may vary slightly depending on customs clearance, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping for selected collections or promotional periods, which will be clearly shown at checkout.

Customs and Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply.
These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are beyond our control.
If a package is returned due to unpaid duties, only the item cost (excluding shipping) will be refunded.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
You can monitor your parcel’s journey through the carrier’s website or the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

As each Bownd piece is made with intention and time, slight variations in delivery schedules may occur.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues outside our control,
but we will assist you promptly should your order appear lost or delayed.
